We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, including the gym area and the pool area, were excellent. We were greeted by a friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We've booked a room with a balcony. The balcony was so small that there was no place to sit, especially not for two! The hotel was not fully booked, so I would have expected a room with a balcony that deserves the name balcony.

We had a big room and outside on the veranda two rocking chairs which was very comfortable. The location optimal because we had discovered a lot on foot Key West.
Breakfast was a little poor.

Super central location! Only 1 street from Duval Street. Small cottages in a beautiful garden with various pools. Breakfast super by American standards. I'd go back there.

Adequate and good breakfast with fresh baked goods delivered daily, thanks a lot. It's the first place where the staff was willing to help. The property has a great and incredible location, near to Mallory Square.

Loved the cozy beautiful queen room with air conditioning, a minibar, and a safety deposit box. Breakfast was a treat with a good selection and coffee options. Four outdoor pools were fantastic, especially the sun loungers available by the water. Staff like Paula and Nubis were super friendly and helpful.

Simonton court historic inn & cottages is a lovely oasis. The four pools shimmered amid flowering vines, and the location is just a block from all the fun but still quiet. The breakfast was good, and i really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, especially jonathan and violet. Mama, the resident cat, was such a sweet addition too!
